ReDefine Arts, in collaboration with Ward 13 Councillor Chris Moise and the City of Toronto Parks & Recreation, is excited to announce the upcoming installation of the Four Seasons Pebble Mosaic in Winchester Park — an inspiring, community-driven public art project launching this summer.
Proposed by the St. James Town Residents Council through Ward 13’s Participatory Budgeting process, this initiative will feature four circular pebble mosaics (each 3 feet in diameter) installed at the corners of the park, surrounded by clusters of permanent stone benches. The design is inspired by the changing seasons and reflects the vibrancy, resilience, and creativity of the local community.
